I’ve been here for 6 years. The property is always clean and beautiful and the staff is always so nice and helpful.
Clermont is such a great complex and I’ve loved living here (for 2 years now). The staff are very friendly and host monthly events for residents which is really fun! The maintenance staff are really great and very responsive to the work orders I’ve put in. The pool is fun in the summer and the jacuzzi stays open all year which is really nice. It’s been a lovely complex and I highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a new place to call home!
When I found out I had the opportunity to move into my own apartment Clermont was the only apartment I wanted to move into! So far it has been great and very safe!
The management and staff are friendly, sympathetic, and always responsive to our needs and concerns. They provide a variety of fun activities and contests every month, and are all good people! We are happy to be here.
