I have been with this doctors office for over a decade, if you have the option to choose another office DO IT. I have never felt less validated or heard by medical practitioners than I do at this office. On top of that basically ALL appointments with actual doctors are same day booking, NO MATTER WHAT if they are, so if you start work daily between 8-8:30 you will often end up being late for a whole week just to get an appointment. and the online booking option starts at 7 but you still only have the morning to alert to your... read more

Can't say enough great things about the entire staff at Maple Family Health. From reception, nurses and doctors, me and my family are extremely thankful to be there.

Staff is usually rude. Doctors abuse their power. Refused to give doctor notes. Dr Lawrence is horrible. She has done things that should get her fired. Too many incidents and details to write. After my baby was labeled perfectly healthy and gaining weight passed birth weight, dr Lawrence called children services. CS even where baffled by the call, as there are resources she could of used instead. Instead she chose to abuse her power. And waste government time.
