ordered a window, they said it would be installed in 4-6 weeks, 3 months later and not heard from them, I've tried ringing and texting and I'm not able to get hold of anyone for an updated.
Ordered from them in January, said they would install in March. After Many many call and months of waiting, I Still haven't been contacted by anyone. Put a massive $2000 deposit and I've heard nothing. It's September and they haven't contacted me once.
Still waiting on my project to be completed months later. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service. When I call to inquire from my sale rep about executing a service call on an issue I've been dealing with for months he told me there was no one they could send because the company didn't have anyone to send. What kind of company are they running here ?!
Sent a request for a quote on Clera window's website a few weeks ago. Never got a response. Called a couple of times. No one picked up. Gave up on this company.
I’m a tradesman and I’m on job sites daily and and work with all type of trades. I’ve never experience such unprofessionalism in my life. Long story short, they’ve never reconciled the damages they did to our home, and have been avoiding my calls for the moisture damages that have formed since on 5 of the windows. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE PRICE IS. JUST NOT WORTH IT!
