Buying a house is so stressful but Cleo was so helpful throughout the process! She was very generous with her time. She really cared that we got the right house for us and never tried to rush us. She is very experienced at evaluating homes for potential issues and how it impacts a home’s value (structural, electrical, termite issues, etc). She has excellent negotiation skills. I would highly recommend her!
Absolutely the best realtor in Maryland. Cleo cares so much about her clients and making sure they make a purchase that is right for them. She walked me through buying my house and was very patient with all of my questions. She is incredibly knowledgeable and does her research about what she isn’t informed on! Cleo was the best agent I have worked with, she was always quick to respond to any questions I had -as well as explaining them in detail so I understood what was happening and I am very grateful since I am a first time home buyer so I was not 100% knowledgeable about everything.
