Buying a house is so stressful but Cleo was so helpful throughout the process! She was very generous with her time. She really cared that we got the right house for us and never tried to rush us. She is very experienced at evaluating homes for potential issues and how it impacts a home’s value (structural, electrical, termite issues, etc). She has excellent negotiation skills. I would highly recommend her!
