I developed a painful infection after a simple gel polish service at this salon, and my cuticle was severely damaged during the appointment. I ended up needing antibiotics, and the healing process has taken over a month. During my visit, the salon’s sanitation practices appeared below basic professional standards, and based on my experience, I would not recommend allowing them to nip or trim your cuticles. I've been doing my full set nails here for the past 10 years. I love it. I have never had an issue. I also get my pedicures here. I have never felt like they are rushing. Mimmi did a great job with my nails as well as Tina. I will definitely recommend Cleopatras nails.

Stay away from here. Got a pedicure. Had time to kill and got a manicure. It came out so bad. And when I asked for them to be shorter she threw a fit.
