I had such a wonderful experience with Cleopatra Jewelry. My boyfriend purchased me a beautiful necklace for Valentine’s Day that was unfortunately just a bit too small for my taste. When I went to do an exchange I was greeted by two lovely saleswomen who happily spent time with me to select something I truly loved. Bought my teenage daughter a beautiful necklace & charm. They fixed my watch band, they cleaned my diamond ring ,(for free) & were professional.
I went and brought earrings for 130 dollars whole time they worth 10 dollars and not real
Purchased a $6,000 necklace and 2 months it broke while cleaning, must I remind you a solid gold Miami Cuban necklace should not break , brought it back for repair and when I came to pick it up she charged me for the repair after I told her the situation.. had she fixed it for me with a warranty I would have kept my mouth shut but she comes off as arrogant and her only concern is what are you buying next , so she can sit on this review and kiss my butt .
