i just left from getting a wash, blow dry and flat iron. I totally understand that the results are due to my hair being too oily so no complaints there. They did the best they could, but the woman was definitely mad while blow drying the hair. My main concern was customer service. First of all, my middle name is Cleopatra and my first visit was a long wait but worth the wait. My hair never felt so silky and smooth. I will try to go back for 3 week visits.So that Adell (I hope I’m saying it right) can as he said “Get to know my hair.

Do not come to this shop without Soso and the original guy. When they are not here these people are so nasty and rude. My daughter and I have been coming here for yearsssssss, and have NEVER been treated this way while Soso and the guy were here. Bringing these new people into the business can hurt the business, because these people have too much pride. They don’t know US as customers, so they don’t have a connection with us. Hours don’t match. They open and close when they Choose. Def call before. The lady that washed my hair left 3 sores from scrubbing really hard. Won’t return.
