Unfortunately, I had a bad experience getting my eyebrows done here. The technician over-plucked my brows, leaving a visible gap. When I raised the concern, she said I had no hair there before, which wasn’t true.Very disappointing result and response I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

Sadly, I’m writing this after a very disappointing visit. I asked for shellac toe paint only (no pedicure) in the same colour they were removing—white with chrome—but was repeatedly told to choose from samples, and the result wasn’t right. I also showed a photo for my fingernails and asked them to match it, but after 1.5 hours and $150, the colour and style were nothing like the photo (even more obvious in daylight).
