I was attended by one of the younger nail techs today and she has terrible communication skills. She couldn’t find the colour I wanted, but then took another one and didn’t even bother to ask me if that was alright. When I told her that I’d chosen a different one, she said it’s the same colour but it wasn’t. I always get that particular colour here and it looks very different.
