One of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, I was sat in a pedicure chair with a towel around my neck, then left sitting there while she took another client (who walked in well after me) to do her nails first. Already a terrible start. When she finally got to me, it was obvious she had no idea what she was doing. The waxing was rough and careless, and I even left with wax still stuck on my eyelid. I had a great experience this morning at Cleopatra. A couple of my natural nails had broken and she was able to match them all up and do a custom colour. Such lovely staff members!
I had such a great experience at Cleopatra. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and professional, and they really took the time to listen to what I wanted. My nail technician, Hailey , did an amazing job with my nails .She was detail-oriented and gentle, and my nails turned out flawless — I’ve gotten so many compliments already!
Randomly tried this salon. Very poor hygene. Prices depends on their mood. Overcharged for the service. Done my nails 30 min ago, already have scratches on them and colour is gone on 3 of them. What a waist of money and time.
Me and my cousin went to this place and asked for nail polish the lady’s both asked us several times if we wanted shellac nails and I said yes I’ll do my nails shellac but my cousin said multiple times no shellac just polish then I got the pricing for shellac and she said $30, I didn’t end up getting shellac but we got the pricing for our nails with just nail polish, she said $15 for me and $20 for my cousin as she wanted polka dot nails.
