Went to get nails done I have to spa it's a very nice spa. But they charge extra to take off nails with a metro card which hurt so bad. Smh. Other places i have been they soak it in foil. I guess she was rushing me to get out. The whole time she was on the phone. She did not use new tool she just grabbed a cuticle cutter from draw dipped in acetone and went about the business. I thought I found the ideal place was I ever wrong. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for 3. I called earlier to see if I could come earlier she said my technician was busy no problem. I show up a few minutes before 3 they say mani pedi I said yes they said pick the color. My technician was just starting a pedicure for another person. I have always had a good experience here, however, my last visit about 2 weeks ago wasn’t very pleasant. Unfortunately, I did not get the nail technician’s name who worked on me, but I felt very rushed. The water was cold. She barely worked on my cuticles, both for the manicure and pedicure. I was done in about a half an hour for both. I felt very rushed and it was not a relaxing experience, unfortunately
