This just happened about 15 minutes ago I walk in. I asked the guy at the front desk if they do really short nails he’s like absolutely I pick up my polish. I go to a girl named Sharon, I can tell right away and I should’ve probably just walked out but she had no idea what she was doing the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten in my entire life and that cost me $19. It shouldn’t even have been nine cents.. It looks like I did it myself

I have done my waxes at Cleo IV Nails for years with no issues. I went for a standard wax service this afternoon and it was an absolutely horrible and traumatizing experience. The waxer seemed inexperienced with the type of wax I was asking for and burned/cut my skin (likely the wax was too hot). The waxer did apologize but proceeded to put alcohol against the cut obviously not a great idea and said it was that I was because I had thin/sensitive skin and I was skinny. Unfortunately, the owner/manager bumped me from my scheduled appointment. Oddly the gentleman who cancelled my appointment decided to take walk ins even though I showed up on time. The girls I regularly work with scheduled my appointment earlier in the day-in person- were noticeably embarrassed. I was looking forward to working with Sharon as we spoke earlier in the day.I am sorry I will no longer be able to work with any of them and wish the girls I have worked with all the best. #poormangement.
