I have been going to Cleo IV nails for at least 3 years and have always been very happy with their service. I've typically had UV gel fills from Sharon, Grace, Yuni, and Julie; I have never lost a nail and always have full retention with minimal lifting even 5 weeks later. Everyone at the salon is warm and accommodating. Highly recommend.

AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS. horrible customer service and the owner is extremely passive aggressive. When asked to do a different color, the nail technician just painted over the other color and didn't remove it from the beginning. She also knocked over my kindle and it broke and they didn't apologize or anything- she even rolled her eyes at me!! “I thought massages were included with the service—at least, that’s what it seemed like when I noticed everyone else who came in after me was offered one. I wasn’t. I brushed it off at first, thinking maybe I imagined it. But I went back again, this time with a friend (also highly melanated), and the pattern repeated. It became clear that massages were only being offered to white clients. Save your money—don’t support businesses that treat people this way.”

This just happened about 15 minutes ago I walk in. I asked the guy at the front desk if they do really short nails he’s like absolutely I pick up my polish. I go to a girl named Sharon, I can tell right away and I should’ve probably just walked out but she had no idea what she was doing the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten in my entire life and that cost me $19. It shouldn’t even have been nine cents.. It looks like I did it myself

I have done my waxes at Cleo IV Nails for years with no issues. I went for a standard wax service this afternoon and it was an absolutely horrible and traumatizing experience. The waxer seemed inexperienced with the type of wax I was asking for and burned/cut my skin (likely the wax was too hot). The waxer did apologize but proceeded to put alcohol against the cut obviously not a great idea and said it was that I was because I had thin/sensitive skin and I was skinny.
