Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with Cleo who is essentially an acupuncturist. she was actually referred to me without realizing it was more of an even trade referral. Apparently, some people work this way in the medical field. When I received my test results, she laughed at one particular area which I found very unprofessional which results in having poor bedside manners.
