Excellent 5+ I must admit I was really skeptical about this service. After he finished half a room in record time, no hoses, (so we could move furniture to other side) we went up and the ammonia smell almost knocked me down. He was using a battery-operated sprayer to spray the carpet and then a heavy head extractor to pull up the water. I blew my top, have never had carpet cleaned without hoses and a lot of water.
