We use Clemson 1 to manage our rental property and they are absolutely the best!!
Would NOT recommend this company at all!! If you are parent of college student do not expect deposit return!!! Charged to replace fair/used carpet upon move out. Charged our girls $2500 after move out for a unit in as good or better condition than arrival. Charged for items not present on arrival!! ridiculous charges!! Could not even tell me last time carpet was replaced...it was that old!! If you’re a college parent take this advice!! We deserved every penny back!!
