7-28-2023 Friday afternoon 2:00 pm. We noticed that our HVAC A/C unit had quit. It was a 2021 model. Called Clem's immediately. The lady said they'd be there to check it very soon. 3:00 pm, tech. Sam & helper Landon showed up. Blower motor had failed. Sam said he'd located a new one & they had to go get it. Back by a little after 4 pm, with the new motor.
