Just called to try to rent a boat for the day. Lady who answered the phone wouldnt even answer any of my questions, just kept repeating over and over "Refer to the website. Do you have internet access? Refer to the website. All your questions can be answered there." Wouldn't even let me finish a sentence explaining I was on vacation trying to do this from my phone. Very rude and unwilling to help.

If you are trying to buy a boat here be sure you know the ins and outs of the boat buying process. Told the salesman we wanted to make a boat purchase happen. He told us we could work it out in the next week or so as we have time to figure it all out. Somehow the boat we wanted to purchase was suddenly sold. We were told after it was sold that they have boats coming and going all the time and they can’t hold a boat without a deposit.
