Two years ago CV 1 was great but no longer. No communications between shifts. Often short handed. High turn over. Inexperienced and untrained staff. Most staff gather at front desk or in staff room not keeping eye on residents. There are/have been staff that do care for the residents and the facility but left after several years of service.
I writing everyone to let them know, as of yesterday I no longer work at Clemmons Village I - Memory Care. I will be writing a review and it is a very long one. I left because of how Christy, and Kelia was treating me. I went to get help from Kim and Kelly but they let me down in every way shape and form. The way they all treated me and talked to me was very unprofessional! I've been there over 7 years and my voice was never heard, or if it was it went in one in and out the other.
