You guys are the best. I had one of the worst days in my life but i didn't feel alone. The staff shared my pain when my best friend went to heaven. Amy , you are special. Loved Clemmons vet when Dr. McCrory was there. We loved it when Pete took over too. We now use Dr. Lakey as well and he is another in the line of caring, understanding vets at this practice. Love Shannon too. Keep up the good work!
I absolutely LOVE Clemmons Vet clinic. Their staff is friendly and warm and you know your pet is cared for like a family member.
We recently had our beloved boxer Toby put to sleep. Toby had cancer and had been sick for a while. We had consulted with another vet and were not happy, so we transferred to Clemmons Vet clinic and Dr. Gilyard and his staff were amazing! When we had to make the decision to let Toby go, Dr. Gilyard was understand and great. Toby couldn't walk, so Dr. Gilyard came out to our car and sat with us for a little bit. Pete is absolutely wonderful. This is definitely his "calling". He genuinely cares for your pet; is kind, friendly, and takes the time to explain things. He has a happy, calming affect on you and your pet. If your pet has to stay in the "hospital" he will talk with you over the telephone and keep you updated. I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone. His staff is very nice and friendly and they work with you to get you in as fast as possible.
Dr. Gilyard is the best. He takes his time to talk to you about any problems or concerns. He takes the time to even pet or play with your animal. He has even taken the time to speak to me on the phone. He has been our vet for 11 years. He also keeps the cost down which is great. Our oldest dog made friends with him on her first visit and she is only relaxed if it is him. We have really enjoyed him as our vet and our animal have also enjoyed him.
