We replaced the carpet in our basement and basement stairs with wood lament in the basement and new carpet on the stairs. The final product is incredible! The buying experience was second to none with a fair price, fast work, and great communication throughout the process. This business has my highest possible recommendation.
We do not recommend Clemmons Carpet. We visited their store to ask about some hardwood flooring and carpet. They sent someone out to look and gave us a quote. We went back in the store and selected the color of the flooring. We were told that this would be installed the first or second Friday of November. The first of November, we called Doug J****** to confirm the installation. We had to leave him voice mail messages. He never returned our calls. We had several installation crews out with covid and installations ran way behind. I am the business owner and I apologize when a customer is unhappy.
