This was our 2nd time to use DR Horton as our home builder. Both experiences were great! When we went to the DR Horton model home to talk to a salesperson, we met Stephen Arters. From the beginning he was helpful. He showed us several options for what we were looking for. When he showed us the different lots available and we got to "the one" we knew it was perfect for us! I have been living in the Clements Ranch community now for over 6 months. Not only am I now a homeowner of a D.R. Horton home, but also a strong advocate for the builder as a local DFW realtor. I closed recently on the home I purchased and I had the pleasure to work with someone as competent and straightforward as Stephen Arters was. The man was only a call or email away and for any question I had I had an answer and explanation right away. The process was smooth and I do credit that to Stephen in part and obviously other people I worked along side with to make this happen.
