I called July 22nd to report a water leak. Troy came out July 30 and isolated the water leak turning the water off to that area. He said he needed parts and would be back to fix it. That was a month ago. I’ve called several times and all they say is they’re busy. No estimate on when they will fix the problem. Communication goes a long way in building good will with customers. They haven’t called me once.
You should probably check on those who drive your company vehicles after hours. I was nearly rear ended at a stop light when I was completely stopped by on of your workers on Maiden in Joplin mo. And after he swerved around me like a maniac he proceeded to very dangerously cut someone off in front of me and almost caused a crash within minutes of almost rear ending me. Someone needs to go over driver safety with this guy.
