I was very dissapointed that I was given and addional exam to my annual eye exam and later on I was suprised to find out that this was not covered by my insurance. So it was an out of pocket expense. I have had medical offices pull this on me before and I feel that this a "used car salesmen" tactic to make a little extra money from their patients. Nickle and diming patients is not a good way to make up for insurance companies cheating doctors out of deserved premiums.
