Very Poor service, (for Colonoscopy). I had to make numerous phone calls for clarifications prior to appointment because office staff was not knowledgeable, & the pre-procedure instructions had numerous mistakes. My prescription was not called into the pharmacy as I was promised. I had to wait over 45 minutes, even though it was the 1st appointment in the morning.
