Clements came highly recommended and now I know why. My favorite Asheville and surrounding area florist. Their exquisite expertise and personal customer service shows they love what they do, for it leads to beautiful arrangements. On the worst day, my precious Momma's funeral, this grand arrangement designed by Clements brought much beauty into a sad day. My father recently passed away (9/2012) and we needed to order a "spray" and several flowers for his homegoing celebration. My aunt recommended Clements Flower Shop (she has been dealing with them for more than 20 years). I must say the staff was very personal, patient and so kind and understanding. I selected the colors and the flowers and gave them an idea of what we wanted. Last min order for Biltmore Inn, Gorgeous Arrangement It's always difficult to find a florist, of good quality out of town and over the phone. You never know what to expect. Clements exceeded my expectations. I called yesterday at the latest min. for an arrangement to be delivered to Biltmore Inn for my Mother's Birthday reservations this weekend. Funeral Home Recieves Wilted Flowers Tonite 1/8/10 My family and I recieved friends at the funeral home. My brother at the age of 49 passed away. When we arrived 2 of the large arrangements were sent from Clemets Florist. I was so disappointed and embarrassed for the arrangement to be there and for the 2 companies that sent them. The delivery person left them outside at the funeral home in below freezing weather. Why? Who knows. They were wilted because they had been froze. WORLD CLASS PERSONAL FLORIST I have been buying flowers from Clements for years!! I love them each and every time. I always receive personalized service and most of them remember me by name when I call. They are a complete florist that can do everything from weddings to funerals to just wonderful expressive arrangements. Plus the prices are great! Lovely This is the best florist I've ever been to. They are very helpful and all of their flowers and arrangements are so well put together. Everything is so fresh and healthy and they even give tips on how to keep them that way for as long as possible. Great people!

very caring place here and very friendly service and fast too. they recommend things if you are not sure what to get. very clean too. the flowers are fresh and carfully trimmed.
