RecommendedFirst time camping here. Absolutely loved it. Camping, fishing and creeking all in one convenient location. We will be returning.
I've been coming here for the past three years, sadly after this last visit I do not think we will go back. There are no working phones in the office, there is no security if issues arise and if they do, you need to drive ten minutes out to call police, as per the conversation I had with the over worked, under aged girl at the front desk. The toilets overflowed, which is expected with septic systems, but the response time to fix it was took the entire weekend. There is no enforcement of quiet time. We made a reservation and called back within 5 min to cancel it. They refused to refund our money!! Would not recommend! Plus pricing is way higher than Sugar Valley!! 😡😡
Amazing staff, well ran and organized
So nice we had to do it twice! back to back trips 2 days in a row. Great service, great equipment, beautiful weather and scenery. Fishing was good too!

Cabins were disgusting, no hot water, basketball size hole in roof, mold in bathroom, trash left behind from previous renters, we had messaged before arriving asking about beds, were not given the correct sizes, sheets didn't fit, one mattress had a huge hole in it, one mattress had springs sticking out. The beds in the loft were simply a old dirty mattress on the floor with the other cabin using a box spring on the floor as a mattress. Trash can full of ants, bugs EVERYWHERE!!
