Very unprofessional facility. Staff does not answer calls, respond to faxes, and the email listed on website is not even registered in a domain. Cannot get ahold of them via phone, email or their message portal on website. Week 3 of waiting for records and I got three calls answered out of like 50, where three different receptionists promised a callback and message review by the provider. Do not recommend if you want positive communication.
