Rude, arrogant Dr. with a God-complex. He loves to send you to specialists, and then dispute their treatment plans. He has argued with a few of my Drs, and in the end its always been an error at Clement's, excuse me Permian's office. Since joining with them he has become an even bigger egomaniac. You have to request to see him now, or you're going to get his incompetent PA Stephanie. ROUSSEL CLEMENT is more interested in filling his pockets with your money, and less on patient care. I love Dr.Clement and his staff. My husband and I have used him for over 14 years now and I can not ever see us using another doctor. I drive over an hour just to make sure I get the great service he provides.
I was a patient for only 3 months with this guy and he has a god complex THE RUDEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER met
I highly recommend Doctor Clement, he is one of few Doctors that spend the time to listen to you. Very nice and caring, treats you with respect. His office staff are also very nice and respectful.
