One of my AC units was going in and out. It I called and they had a very knowledgeable, professional, technician at my house about 2 hours later. They performed general maintenance on the unit and got it running again, but did inform me that it was an old unit and would need replaced soon. Fast forward 2 days and the unit went out altogether. We've been very satisfied customers of Clement Heating & Air Conditioning for many years. They are friendly, efficient and responsive. It's always a pleasure to talk with Robin Clement in the office and Gregg is very easy to deal with. They've done installations, maintenance and repairs for us. Their prices are reasonable. They are usually very responsive (Hurricane Ida and the pandemic upset the schedule a little, but it's done that with so many tradespeople). We expect to be their customers for as long as we need AC!
