Dr. Chan has been my Retina specialist for many years now. I see him for treatment every two or three months and he is without a doubt a doctor who cares very much for his patients. I feel that I'm in the best hands and always receive the best possible care.
Dr. Chan is wonderful.....how I praise God for him and his expertise and graciousness in treating both of my eyes!
Two hour wait to actually see the doctor. This is excessive. Perhaps, office should no schedule so many patients so close together. Two hour wait is simply too long. The visit with the doctor was congenial but brief--maybe five minutes.
I would give Dr. Chan a 5 star rating if it were not for the 2 1/2 hour wait time after my appointment time.
