I have been a patient of Dr. Clement C. Chow at the Retinal Diagnostic Center on DiSalvo Drive for several years. The office is very well run. The staff doing the eye tests are excellent and highly efficient. When I see Dr. Chow, he has everything he needs at hand--test results, scans, and more. Dr. Chow has done wonderful work on my husband's eyes. He's has diabetes and was loosing his eye site. He's been doing everything he can and more.
