I am nearly 80 years of age, and over the past 15 years have seen a dozen dermatologists. In my experience, Dr. Esche is the gold standard. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about dermatology, he has a vast knowledge of dietary practices that were aggravating my skin condition while at the same time providing sound advice and counsel about how to change my diet so that I will live longer and greatly increase my energy.

I had an appointment today with this doctor and he kept talking over me when I tried to tell about my current skin issues. This man has no patience. He didn't even want to look at the skin on my neck because he said I have a lot of sun damaged skin. I will not be going back to this man.

Somehow the reason for my visit was not noted correctly in my chart and he was trying to prescribe me cream for a non existent rash. I said I wanted a skin cancer check, he told me to come back in six months because I've already damaged my skin. I could barely get a sentence in. Terrible doctor! Stay away

Dude is a quack. My wife had an appointment for him at Pacific Dermatology in Redlands, CA. During the appointment he dismissed her concerns and told her to take some food allergy test that she didn't need that was not insurance approved. Instead of actually providing any valid dermatological treatment options he insisted she needed to lose weight and go on a mediterranean diet. Problem is she already went on an AIP diet to identify food allergies, avoids trigger foods and none of her derm problems are related to food! Avoid... read more

I had an appointment today with Dr. Esche for some moles and areas that needed to be checked. I was extremely nervous about the appointment (so much so that I wanted to cancel). I’m glad that I went. Dr. Esche was very kind and professional. He answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed. The support staff was very kind too.
