Dan went the extra mile to ensure the job was done safely and thoroughly, putting a tarp in advance to offset more leaking as electrical issues got fixed. He was flexible and easy to work with. The roof looks great down to the last detail. Out of the three companies I considered i have no hesitation to say I chose the right company!
Best roofer in the area. Did our barn years ago. For a huge barn I thought the tear off and re-sheet would take at least a month or two. They did the whole job in roughly 7 working days. We have high winds here and we have not lost any shingles since then, it had to be at least 10 years ago. Would recommend to anyone, Dan is your guy.
Dan replied to my call for an estimate promptly. He did a thorough inspection, shared pictures and discussed areas of the roof where animals could enter the attic. Dan reinforced these areas and installed beautiful architectural shingles at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Clemen Roofing.
Called and spoke with Dan about getting a second opinion for my mom’s roof after a neighborhood storm damage chaser of a door knocker was trying to look for “ storm repair damage “ and what not. Dan was down to earth, extremely approachable, very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all of our questions. I have no problem with recommending Dan & Clemen roofing for either a second opinion or giving him a referral.
