Eric came to install a new garbage disposal. A very professional, polite young man who impressed me completely with his work and knowledge. When I called the office, Valerie was pleasant and polite. She provided an estimate that was close to the actual cost. Eric had to replace one plumbing part which was necessary. He didn't leave until making sure the new unit ran perfectly. Cleghorn Plumbing earned my respect and admiration. I will call them if future plumbing issues come up. I highly recommend them.
7/29/25 Again, service was immediately available, though I requested 8 am the next morning. What started out as repairing a weeping pipe, turned into full fledged replacement of several pipes. I could not be happier with the work completed, the professionalism of the plumbers is beyond reproach. I feel so comfortable with the extra work completed. What a beautiful job! Came promptly when my water heater started leaking, then fixed it promptly. Very pleased with their performance.
I left a message last night and they called me this morning. They send a tech out Eric he was extremely nice. I give them a five star because they deserve it
If I were just reviewing Carl the technician it would be 5 stars but I honestly wish I could give Valerie in the office negative stars for how rude, condescending, and disorganized she is. We called to get our Buderus furnace cleaned and clearly stated the type to Valerie. She said she could have a technician out in the morning so we were thrilled because every other company didn’t have an appointment for weeks (red flag #1).
