I left a message last night and they called me this morning. They send a tech out Eric he was extremely nice. I give them a five star because they deserve it
If I were just reviewing Carl the technician it would be 5 stars but I honestly wish I could give Valerie in the office negative stars for how rude, condescending, and disorganized she is. We called to get our Buderus furnace cleaned and clearly stated the type to Valerie. She said she could have a technician out in the morning so we were thrilled because every other company didn’t have an appointment for weeks (red flag #1). The guys there are awesome. They are helpful and the woman who answers phone calls. She is very nice and caring. I recommend these guys if you ever need any fixing for boiler room or pipes. They've had to come and change a new boiler and new box for us this year. We appreciate you guys for helping out.
I discovered a pinhole in a pipe at 1 am. Called at 8 AM and Carl and Dan were here by 10:30. Finished the repair by 11:30 AM. Excellent, courteous and quick service. I highly recommend Cleghorn.
