Clegg's price for mulch is a TOTAL RIP OFF. $5.99 for a 2 cubic foot bag vs $3.68 down the street at Lowe's for the same size. I would be OK with a slight premium over the big box cost but $2.31 more PER BAG is completely over the top. BE WARNED.
