Manager came out to inspect damage to floor joist. There were “ lakes” of water on top of the moisture barrier after paying Cleggs 20k in install a French drain. Never sloped correctly. Moisture content under house was unacceptable. Mgr let our contractor under house. He barely looked
Responsive,on time, work completed satisfactorily. Follow up done in timely manner. Installed vapor barrier and dehumidifier in 1 day. Also handling pest and mosquito control. Recommend highly.
