If I could give 0 stars, I would. I did not authorize or schedule a termite inspection, yet this company still sent a technician to my house without my knowledge or consent. When I called to clarify, the customer service supervisor was extremely rude — she even yelled at me and claimed I didn’t understand her because of my accent, which I consider discriminatory and unacceptable.
