If I could give 0 stars, I would. I did not authorize or schedule a termite inspection, yet this company still sent a technician to my house without my knowledge or consent. When I called to clarify, the customer service supervisor was extremely rude — she even yelled at me and claimed I didn’t understand her because of my accent, which I consider discriminatory and unacceptable. Clegg's removed a Racoon from my attic space. Could not have been more responsive. Cisco was point for Clegg coordinating inspections, racoon removal, damage removal, roof repair and insulation replacement.
Jay and Wesley installed a dehumidifier in our crawl space and sealed the vents. They did a good job, explained what they were doing and cleaned everything up when they left. Nice work!
Hands down the best and #1 pest control company. I have been using them for the past few years. Pete is my guy indoors and outdoors and for termite protection Dan is my guy. Teresa in the Charlotte office is personable, knowledgeable and AMAZING!! This crew is like family. I highly recommend this company.
