I have used Clegg's when I lived in Greensboro & my husband & I were very pleased. When I needed an exterminator for mice in Charlotte I immediately called them & once again they were great! No more mice!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I did not authorize or schedule a termite inspection, yet this company still sent a technician to my house without my knowledge or consent. When I called to clarify, the customer service supervisor was extremely rude — she even yelled at me and claimed I didn’t understand her because of my accent, which I consider discriminatory and unacceptable. Clegg's removed a Racoon from my attic space. Could not have been more responsive. Cisco was point for Clegg coordinating inspections, racoon removal, damage removal, roof repair and insulation replacement.
