Ben from the Greenville location was absolutely lovely and extremely knowledgeable about the situation I was dealing with and even helped with an issue he noticed that was not in my original appointment. Cleggs always takes my concerns seriously and is very prompt with their service. Can't thank them enough!
Worst pest control company. Very rude staff. They treated my house and tried to come back two weeks later to treat it again for a “quarterly” treatment. Instead of them adjusting the quarterly schedule accordingly, they said it would count against my one allowed skipped treatments. How am i skipping a treatment that i just had? I cancelled the service because there was no finding a balance when trying to discuss this with them. Would not recommend this company!
