During the spring of 2026, I purchased a used 2022 Forrest River / Cherokee / Wolf Pup RV. During my inspection of the RV I discovered the frameless exterior windows over the dining area had become loosened. The adhesive material that secures the window to the metal hinge had become unsecure / unadhered with the reality of them falling out and breaking while traveling. We are at the Alliance National Rv Rally and Zack came out to address an issue with one of the double hung windows on our 5th wheel. He immediately knew what the problem was and serviced all the double hung windows! He then checked our sliders and serviced them. He also lead me thru the step by step process of maintaining the seals, tracks and glass removal. It was great experience to have a service tech go above and beyond. If we are back in Goshen next year we will call him even if just to say, hi. Excellent Service!
Zack came to our campsite to check out a leak we had at a window. He looked it over and diagnosed the the window gasket on the outside of the window had moved out of place when it was installed. The RV manufacturer replaced that the following day. Zack also returned and gave us some extra we inflow clips to keep the windows tighter in the tracks . Thumbs up for standing behind your excellent product! My only regret is I can’t give them a 10 star rating. They deserve it.
I have had a great experience with Cleer vision I had a window explod and another window lock handle broken and was handled with no problems costumer service was was great
