We lived 2.5 years in this complex. Overall it was a good experience. Management was always helpful and maintenance team was always friendly and quick to respond issues in apartment.
The complex was nice. Didn’t like their flooring and for the price you’d pay a month I’d expect better. It felt cheap and nasty and they definitely didn’t replace it before we moved in. The floor would just rip by simply moving a couch. Other than that not bad. Why the three stars? Their staff is outright terrible and rude. There were a few times we’d have to go and talk with them and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to even be in their presence. Seemed like no one was ever at the office. This apartment complex is absolutely great and a fun place to be with the pool and fitness center and lots of community events. Not to far from Henderson st but far enough you won't be bothered by the noise. Absolutely great with a great property manager KARI!!! she deserves some praise
Been here 4 years and maintenance has always gone above a beyond. Office staff is always very helpful and accountable. There was an incident with a 3rd party that got paint on my furniture and they made it right. Very much appreciated the staff! Moving to a bigger apartment here the office staff have made it very easy. Here is to another year.
