The absolute rudest people I ever attempted to buy propane from. I wound up doing business with Godfrey Propane instead. They are friendly and much easier to get along with. I would sooner freeze all winter than spend a red cent with Pinnacle.

It really speaks volume when you have the worst winter anyone has experienced here in Texas and you can't get a hold of anyone at this office to find out when you can be serviced. Having propane is just as important as having electricity especially when your furnace is ran by it. We knew this was happening atleast a week before it did so why was there no preparation on this companies part for their customers who depend on them for survival.
