Thank you to Liz in the parts department who ordered my new floor mats for my Expedition. She found the ones I wanted and had them there in 2 days! I appreciate the fast, friendly service!!

I brought my very new Superduty into Cleburne Ford at 0800 Monday morning. My service advisor Tammy said they were very busy, and unfortunately, it might take a couple of days for a tech to get it on a lift. I left it with them. Later in the day Monday, she called and said they had checked it out, diagnosed the problem, and parts were ordered. The repairs were completed by Wednesday Afternoon. Thanks to Cleburne Ford for standing behind their product.

Absolute WORST experience we have ever had with a dealership or service department. We only have had our Ford for 1 year and it needed so much work done to it. We brought it to the Cleburne Ford Service Department to be worked on within our warranty. They did almost $7,000 worth of repairs on our vehicle. Thankfully our warranty covered the majority.
