Dishonest service provided to my 2021 f150. Had 4200$ of work done on my headlight & fender , got my truck back with messed up sensors & a non functioning radio screen. Was told by Colby & Katie it will be another 1000$ to fix my radio when their mechanics are the people who messed it up. 0-10 for the terrible service & customer care. Never coming here again.
The body shop was excellent and fast - I had my car back within the time frame the told me I would. Katie from the office was fantastic! Always kept me updated and was a pleasure to work with! I didn’t have to contact the insurance company once, she did it all for me.
My first experience with Mr. Kolby and his team is when I went to Memphis and discovered their wonderful pot holes! The dedication to customer service is impeccable!

The collision center has repaired 4 of my vehicles. Two Fords, one Ram and a Jeep. All with hail damage. And they made them look like new. This is the only body shop I would use in the Cleburne area Regardless of the make and model of the vehicle.
