This place is fantastic. These guys are great. I have been doing habitat improvement (forest stand improvement) and thus I needed a chain saw. Well, Andrew was amazing and helped me with my purchase as well as troubleshooting some problems I had. I have also purchased a blower and several chain saw replacement chains from these guys and they are always helpful, kind, knowledgable and pleasant. I've bought machines from this place, and it seems they don't assemble them correctly; the machines lose power very quickly. I went there today, and the person who helped me didn't seem very happy and asked me to leave the machine for a few days, even though I only asked them to check it for a minute. I don't recommend buying machines from this place; they're a disaster, a bad experience.
