The chicken cheesesteak was good and generously sized. The beef cheesesteak, however, was only on par with Steak-Umms, if not lower in quality. The price is excessive for food of this standard. Most likely will not eat from here again as there are better options around .
Cleavers downtown has been one of my GO-TO spots forever, so the fact that they’re now out in Newtown is honestly the best. Same food I already know and love, just way more convenient when I’m out in the burbs! Everything was delish, fresh, and exactly what you want when you’re craving a REAL Philly cheesesteak. So happy to have a Cleavers out this way — we’ll definitely be back!
