As an employee of the ymca, I love everything about it from the management staff to the members. They are the reason why I love coming to work. I love to see their faces as they walk in, I love talking to them. They make my day brighter so on that note I just want to say thank you for everything. I've been going to "Silver Sneakers" exercise classes for about 6 mos. I've lost some weight, dropped clothes sizes and feel physically stronger. I'm retired and it gives me a chance to socialize with my peers. We have a pot luck or this month a picnic the last Friday of every month. I love/hate them. All these Grandmas sure know how to cook ! It takes me 1-2 wks. of really toeing the line, to get back were I was. I wouldn't stop going for nothing !!!
I take Elsie down after school. But she would like to see more kids her age. She can't wait till the water spray park opens. Thats one of her happiest times from last year. hope they can get it fixed soon.
It's location is perfect for me. It offers class that I enjoy. It has a friendly staff. A great place to workout or just relax in the pool.
I have been a member for many years and enjoy all the cardio classes offered in the evening. A great place to workout.
