Worst company know to man! DO NOT do business with them.
I contacted Clearly about a horse barn I needed built. Mike contacted me almost instantly and was very thorough and made sure he had every detail he needed to construct my barn. Next day he had 2 proposals ready for me to look it. He wasn't pushy or didn't come across as as used car salesmen as some of his competitors have. I highly recommend giving Mike a call on anything building related. I wont shop anywhere else!
Cleary contacted me immediately after I submitted a request for a building on their website. The salesman that contacted me was polite and honest about what we would be getting in a building. The rapport they build with their customers is far better than any other company I have talked to. I look forward to working with them when I am ready for a building, and I highly recommend them to anyone look for a post frame building!
I had a great experience with Cleary. During the pandemic, there were issues with my sales rep. It didn't surprise me considering the situation. I had a complicated structure that I only trusted with Cleary. I appreciated the thoroughness and the quality of the building materials used. Their personnel did a great job seeing the project through to completion. If I need another structure, they're my go to crew.
A 1.7 google rating is about accurate, it might be a little on the high side actually. Be very diligent when choosing a company to build your barn. after multiple salespeople had been let go or quit with the company. Cleary thought it would be a great idea to keep my deposit due to my apprehension of doing business with a company like this. The
