The Dr's at clearway are brilliant. They are so amazingly good that I don't need any type of sedation prior to a procedure. I receive 2 months of 100% relief then 80% the 2-3 months after. I've been getting these injections for 20 years and Clearway is by far the BEST to date. I am getting the best quality of life now and not suffering or relaying on pills continuously. I always enjoy going to the Defuniak Springs office because it is a small satellite office with the nicest staff. The receptionist was extremely busy but she never got irritated and smiled while juggling her duties. Caroline, the nurse was so quick while taking my vitals and smiled the entire time. PA Jennifer went above and beyond to help me get a contact on the phone during my appointment to expedite the process to complete the process needed for my upcoming surgery.
This place is a joke. Fly by night operation. Dr. McFadden suggested an NSAID topical after I had already told him my urologist said I couldn't have any. Next the Tramadol gave me Vertigo, so my second visit the PA said we'll send in Hydrocodone since I tolerated it with kidney stones. Two and a half days later, after 5 on a Friday, she says they giving me a OTC patch. I asked how that was supposed to work on my thumb that was reconstructed? This clinic may be for others but it's not for me. The staff is super friendly, they were really nice and helpful at the office location. However it looks thrown together from the moment you walk in which I get because of the location. I saw Dr. Adams which he gave off vibes of not really believing me even though I've had back pain since I was 14 and had MRI disks from 3 years ago showing the spinal damage but he prefers paper to disks, which is fine. I'm not sure how paper is better than actually seeing the damaged areas. B... read more
Dr. Adams was very sympathetic to my pain issues and helped me so much. Staff is friendly.
