Not a good place to live. A lot of issues, sure your rents cheap but these people will violate your lease for anything. They do 50 inspections a year, constantly leave letters on your door to the point you'll be anxious even getting your birthday card from them. Blame you for the roaches, while other people are clearly experiencing roach issues based on the other reviews. Now they've left a note saying chalk is considered graffiti. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants peace of mind
I don't know which is worse . The useless pest control. The spiders they recommended peppermint oil for. Harassment by management for just sitting outside. And the two backrooms that are always cold in the winter. Or hot in the summer . No matter how low you set the air conditioner. Or raise the heat.
Full of BedBugs and Crime.Dont move there your family won't be safe.
