When I called to inquire about veterinary care for my 9 yr old dog (he needed to have his teeth cleaned desperately & I also thought he would surely nd to have a tooth or 2 pulled), the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant to talk with, very informative & understanding. Not once did I rcv any negative response from her & when I went in with my dog, they were all just as kind & considerate.
