Awesome customer service fast response
Incompetent on-site management ruins what could be reasonable housing. Site Manager Jackie’s inability to properly manage the Clearwater Square apartment complex resulted in one of the worst residential experience of our lives. Despite arriving at 3:30 the afternoon of our move-in date, our apartment was not ready. This included paint stains being removed from the (supposedly) new carpet, dirty floors, missing fixtures, and screws embedded in the carpet.
