Clearwater Spas is the best !!! Dave was our sales rep through out the buying process. He is a great communicator and listener which is why we got the best deal and products. He even answered our calls and texts after hours. We had trouble deciding where to put the swimspa, so Dave came to our place to help us figure it out. THIS IS AN UPDATE NOT A RECOMMENDATION: The owner unfortunately passed away and they are no longer in business. Also, they are NOT IN ANY WAY PART OF CLEARWATER SPAS the Manufacturer, this company just used the name to benefit them. I wanted to disclose this because Clearwater Spas makes one of the best spas available on the market today and wanted to avoid any confusion that these reviews are related to Clearwater Spas INC. in any way, shape or form.
Lucky to get one star. Stay away, run away, go somewhere else! I cannot get service or parts promised my tub has lights that do not work properly, they have not replaced broken pieces from the installation. Just a shoddy bunch of thieves… worst $12k I have ever spent…
Have been trying to reach someone via phone and email with no response since January. The answering machine does not even say the company name it says transfering to a mail box 2. Replyed to previous emails from them and sent new ones with no response. I have even filed a complaint with the BBB. I think the company might be out of business or in the process of heading that way. I would love a phone call or an email response to 1 of over 13 attempts to contact them.
